SHIPPING POLICY – It’s simple, you buy it, we ship it anywhere ASAP!

At the moment, orders are taking about ~10 business days to ship from the date the order is placed. There are no outgoing shipments Friday, Saturday or Sunday so plan your shipping speed accordingly when choosing those options.

Under normal circumstances, most orders ship out within 7-10 business days with the exception of the days we are closed. We will ship your order as soon as possible; however, due to large order volumes, weather conditions, weekends or circumstances beyond our control, there may be unexpected delays.


RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY – product problems, etc…we will take care of it!

1. All products are sold with a 30 day money back guarantee from date of shipment. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

2. Products must be returned undamaged and in good condition. Misuse or damage is not covered. Returned items can be subject to a 20% restocking fee as determined by us at the time of the return.

3. RETURNS :- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

If  you are unable to login to your account contact Shock Therapy by Email at [email protected] or by phone at (623) 217-4959 for a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please include the original Order Number and Product number issued at time of purchase.

4. CANCELLATIONS :- To cancel an order not yet shipped contact Shock Therapy by Email at [email protected] or by phone at (623) 217-4959. Please include the original Order Number and Product number issued at time of purchase. If you order has been pulled and boxed, but not shipped, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Here are some quick instructions for shipping “SHOX-IN-A-BOX”

1-Take the shocks off your UTV.

2– Decide if you want to keep your stock springs.  If you do, we recommend removing them before shipping. This will save you money in shipping and we don’t ship factory springs back in the same box as the shocks.  If you decide to keep them after they are here, you will have added shipping cost to return them.  IF YOU DO REMOVE SPRINGS, PLEASE SEND US ALL OF THE PLASTIC SPRING DIVIDERS AND RETAINERS WITH GUARDS!

3 – Remove all of your shock spacers and o-rings and keep them with your shock bolts.  They are guaranteed to get lost in shipping if you send them!

4 – Box up the shocks.  Shipping locations usually have all the needed box and packaging. We use a 36″ x 12″ x 12″ box to send them back to you, and of course that is with springs on the shock.  But if you decide to take your factory springs off you can fit them in a much smaller box after you let the nitrogen out. Use bubble wrap. It works the best.  PLEASE DO NOT USE PACKING PEANUTS (they don’t work!) AND DO NOT SEND SHOCK BOLTS OR SPACERS AND O-RINGS!

5 – Take them to the UPS store or FedEx and ship them.

 6 – Please email [email protected] your tracking # so that we know when to expect them.  When you email us, please list any special instructions you might have along with your name and return shipping info.

7. Do yourself a favor – read our installation instructions for your kit in advance. Look up your year, make and model in the instructions section of the site. Use the Level 4 Spring instructions for your car to see how to install your shocks and SET YOUR RIDE HEIGHT CORRECTLY when you get your shocks back. These instructions will also walk you through adjusting the shocks for your particular riding style to suite you best. If you have any questions about these adjustments let us know when we are sending your shocks back to you so we can help you BEFORE you install your shocks again.
